By accessing or using Family Facility Finder, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the service.

Some parts of these terms relate to features that may be introduced in the future, including user accounts, ratings and reviews. Those provisions will apply if and when the relevant features become available.

Family Facility Finder is a directory designed to help parents and caregivers find information about family facilities at publicly accessible venues.

The service may include information about baby change tables, parents rooms, family toilets, male-accessible baby change facilities, private feeding facilities, venue locations and related amenities.

Family Facility Finder is an independent directory. A listing does not necessarily mean that we are affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the relevant venue.

We aim to make the directory useful and accurate, but venue information can change without notice. Facilities can be renovated, moved, temporarily unavailable, restricted to particular users or removed entirely.

Information may come from our own research, venues, public sources and community contributions. We do not guarantee that every listing is complete, current or error-free.

You should verify important accessibility, opening-hour, health, safety or facility requirements directly with the venue where necessary before relying on a listing.

If you notice incorrect information, please use the available venue update option or our feedback page.

Maps, coordinates, directions and "near me" functions are provided for convenience. Location data and map information may be approximate or affected by third-party mapping services, device settings or other technical factors.

You remain responsible for checking routes, access requirements, parking restrictions, opening hours and any other information relevant to your journey.

If user accounts are introduced, you must provide accurate registration information and keep your account details reasonably up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and for activity carried out through your account, except to the extent that another person gains access through no fault of yours.

You must not impersonate another person, create an account using information you are not entitled to use, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.

You may be able to submit new venues, suggest corrections or provide other facility information.

By making a submission, you confirm that, to the best of your knowledge, the information is genuine and reasonably accurate and that you are entitled to provide any content included in the submission.

We may verify, edit, combine, reject or remove submitted information before or after publication.

If ratings or reviews are introduced, they should reflect a genuine experience and relate to the venue or its family facilities.

Reviews must not contain knowingly false or misleading claims, threats, harassment, unlawful discriminatory content, private information about another person without a proper basis, spam, irrelevant advertising, rating manipulation or other unlawful material.

Reviews are intended to help families understand venue facilities. They are not a forum for unrelated disputes with a business, employee or other individual.

"User-generated content" includes venue submissions, updates, ratings, reviews, comments, photos and any other content that users may be able to provide.

You remain responsible for content you submit. You must have the rights necessary to provide that content and must not submit material that infringes copyright, trade marks, privacy rights or other legal rights.

You retain ownership of content you create, subject to any rights belonging to others.

By submitting content to Family Facility Finder, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, adapt, format and use that content to operate, maintain, promote and improve Family Facility Finder.

This licence allows us, for example, to standardise venue descriptions, resize submitted images, display reviews and incorporate factual facility information into the directory.

We may review, edit, decline, hide or remove user-generated content where we reasonably consider it inaccurate, irrelevant, unlawful, unsafe, abusive, misleading or inconsistent with these terms.

We are not required to publish every submission and do not guarantee that moderation will identify every problematic contribution.

Venue owners, managers, councils and organisations are welcome to submit information or request corrections to factual listing details.

Where ratings and reviews are available, a business or venue operator does not have an automatic right to remove a genuine negative review merely because it is unfavourable. We may, however, review content that is alleged to breach these terms.

You must not use Family Facility Finder to break the law, harass or impersonate others, submit deliberately false information, interfere with site security or availability, introduce harmful code or spam, infringe another person's rights, or scrape or extract data in a way that unreasonably burdens the service or circumvents technical restrictions.

Except for user-generated content and third-party material, the Family Facility Finder website, branding, original copy, design and other original material are owned by or licensed to Family Facility Finder.

You may use the website for ordinary personal and informational purposes. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.

Family Facility Finder may rely on or link to third-party services, including mapping, hosting, database, directions and venue websites.

We do not control third-party websites or services and are not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices or separate terms. Your use of those services may be subject to additional terms.

We may change, improve, suspend or discontinue parts of Family Facility Finder from time to time. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure or free from errors.

Family Facility Finder is provided as an informational directory. To the extent permitted by law, we do not accept responsibility for loss or damage arising solely from reliance on inaccurate, incomplete or outdated venue information, third-party content, map information or service interruptions.

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified, including rights that may apply under the Australian Consumer Law.

If user accounts are introduced, we may restrict, suspend or terminate an account where we reasonably believe the account has been used in serious or repeated breach of these terms, to protect the service or its users, or where required by law.

Where appropriate, we may remove specific content instead of suspending an entire account.

Family Facility Finder is still developing. We may update these terms as the service changes, including when we introduce accounts, ratings, reviews or other community features.

The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will indicate when these terms were most recently revised.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Victoria, Australia, subject to any rights or laws that apply and cannot be excluded by agreement.
